OECD No. 114 is a guideline for describing methods to measure the viscosity of liquids. The liquids in question concern all those that comply with Newtonian laws. To measure the viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids, a rotary viscometer should be used. Viscosity measurements according to OECD test No. 114 are carried out using five different methods:
